Viper CS manufacturing begins with premium quality virgin resin that contains no recycled content, which is critical because materials containing reground plastic will break down over time and are easier to puncture and tear.
The resin is converted to strands of polyethylene that are woven together in a tight hatch pattern. The cross-woven membrane is then coated on both sides with proprietary extrusion layers to create a finished membrane.
